medical degree and residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the Hospital=
 of the University of Pennsylvania and the Children's Hospital of Philadelph=
ia in 1999. He attended undergraduate school at Colorado College and then co=
ntinued at the University of Colorado School of Dentistry. Following his den=
tal training he completed a year of general practice residency also in Phila=
delphia.=0D=0A=0D=0A Dr.Kempers has been a Diplomate of the American Board o=
f Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery since 2001. He was the President of the Idaho=
 State Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons in 2003-2004. Currently he i=
s President-Elect and will be President of the Southwest Idaho Dental Societ=
y in 2004-2005. He is also a member of the Anesthesia Committee at the Idaho=
 State Board of Dentistry.=0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0ADr. Bruce Morrison established B=
oise OMS in 1980. He completed his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and Anesthes=
iology training at Highland Alameda Hospital in 1978. Prior to this, Dr. Mor=
rison graduated from the University of Oregon and then attended the Universi=
ty of the Pacific School of Dentistry. Following completion of his training =
he spent time in the Indian Health Services and had additional training in p=
rivate practice in northern California.=0D=0A=0D=0ADr. Morrison has been Dip=
lomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery since 1979. He =
was a member of the Examination Committee of the American Board of Oral & Ma=
xillofacial Surgery from 1990 to 1997. He served as President of the Idaho S=
tate Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons in 1986, President of the Sout=
hwest Idaho Dental Society in 1987, and President of the Western Society of =
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons from 1997 to 1998. He also was a representativ=
e member to the House of Delegates of the American Association of Oral & Max=
illofacial Surgeons from 1988 to 1997.=0D=0A=0D=0A
