Mission Statement

Our purpose is to deliver high quality and safe surgical care to all patients. We wish to raise public awareness about oral and maxillofacial surgery and its approach to dental health. The final product is a patient who has received the best possible care, who is satisfied with the service they received from us, and as a result, actively refers others to our practice.

Background Information

Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires a four year dental school education and then an additional four to six years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training. Dr. Kempers practices a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from corrective jaw surgery, dental implant surgery, and wisdom tooth removal.

Surgical Staff

The surgical staff at Boise OMS are experienced, certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants. The staff are trained in assisting with I.V. general anesthesia and patients are continuously monitored during and after surgery. If hospitalization is required for more extensive and involved procedures then the anesthesia is provided by the hospital anesthesiology departments.

We have well-informed administrative personnel, knowledgeable in health and insurance policies and are CPR certified.
